Workplace wellness is my sweet spot when it comes to wellbeing and mindfulness. Above all support and love to wellness, it is my advocacy to spread empowerment, awareness and instill the importance of rest and self-care to employees, self-employed and business teams. It’s a “been-there-done-that” case to me and I could attest to one’s eagerness in balancing whatever is “overly or excessively” experienced stress physically, emotionally and mentally.
